I'm sorry but are you serious? This kind of simple facade is what we need. It's classy. Quality over quantity, etc. I'm so sick of Australian buildings being over done with tacky store fronts, spires and who knows what else in attempt to be "modern". We all know what happened in the 1960s and 70s with developments that set out to be 'ultra modern'. They are all very hated today. Simple, stone face works very well. Myer Centre is an example of overdoing it. It may have been modern and even stylish in early 90s Australia, but it is dated today.
