Correct. Will be exciting to see both levels of that entire building being appropriately activated.

Also worth mentioning; Howling Owl/Urban Cow have a ten year lease on the building, apparently the building's owners eventually intend on selling this building and the Elephant pub to the owner of the Palace Nova (old IMAX) building who eventually wants to build a large hotel/entertainment precinct on these sites.

The Q site is nearly cleared. Not sure if they're planning on retaining the rear part of the existing building or if it's just a very methodical demolition due to the proximity of the surrounding buildings. Quite a big site really.

The South-Western corner of the Franklin/Morphett intersection (used to be a Fone Zone or Telstra Shop a few years ago) has been boarded up and there is work going on inside.

There has been signs on the outside spruiking "145 Franklin - a Brand new food and dining precinct" for about 2 years, so looks like it could finally be happening but it is hard to tell whats going on inside.

Looks like some decent work going on here... The roof has been removed from half of the existing building.

Yes Peregrine own the building and I think the franchisee rights to this business in SA. I also heard a while back they were also going into 63 Pirie St Cnr Coromandel Pl/Gawler Pl (Aon building).

One of the most well known and the oldest bars in Adelaide, the Mars Bar will be shutting it doors in 2 week time. Though will be replaced with a new name and renovations under a new owner.
