They've got to be kidding with this realignment of lanes in front of the site.

Council should take the opportunity to fix up the whole south side of Hindmarsh Square tbh. The huge expanse of bitumen is a pedestrian nightmare and an absolute joke for a capital city zone.
Can confirm. Dreadful arrangement.
I'll soon pick up a personal mini project to suggest some upgrades to ACC and DIT. I've been working on it for a while but paused to focus on a different one related to my street.

Where the hell is that white wagon in the middle of the photo going? Looks like it's doing a right hand turn from the (incredibly wide) left lane.
cheers,

If you're not used to the layout there it's easy to turn too soon or too late and find yourself out in the middle of no mans land

There's a little laneway that runs between two buildings which is in the direction where the car appears to be heading.

Apparently defence housing australia will be the anchor tenant for this.

Some glass panels have gone up on the second level on the rear side of this.
Prepare to be disappointed, if anyone actually had any positive thoughts on this to begin with.

Not a very exciting building. It fills in a gap, I guess.
