On a sidenote, that Hoopers Furnishing Arcard building on the corner of Hindley and Leigh would be good if renovated and a a dozen or so levels added above for a hotel.

As a young fella walking to school from the bus stop on North terrace, I always walked up there thinking that building was utterly perfect in scale and design to make a podium of a larger building.
