Not as good as the other ones, but it was from my car and you get a nice arty shot with a tree in front!

No more action on this crane today. Still as the photos show from yesterday. This one has taken along time to put up. Maybe delays associated with it being new as someone previously stated?

Apparently they are having problems sourcing a crane for this site.

Well leaper, you are wrong bud, crane is on the way up now.
And it is a brand new one too. From the cabin it looks as though it's a Favelle Favco M1500D.

Yep. The engine and weights are sitting on two semi trailers in the east parklands. Looks a big mother ......

Great to see a new crane. Very flash.
Samaras' mobile crane has been working flat out around the city lately. Wouldn't mind owning that piece of equipment.

YAY! I've been looking at that green stack for days now wondering what was happening. I can see it if I squint out the blinds in the lift well of my building (Telstra) - the same blinds that are built into every bloody window making photography impossible, damit.
Here's proof!

Okay wrong view but proof that the blinds exist

Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

This crane must have a voodoo on it or something

If wind was the reason it did not go up, good luck next weekend as it is forecast to be windy again. It is winter after all. Maybe they should try overnight one night this week.
